When you cancel your Centiment account, your subscription ends at the close of your billing cycle. Because billing is managed at the organization level, your entire organization moves to the Free plan, and cancellation applies to all Members. Each account starts with one organization by default.
Billing and refunds
Centiment does not offer refunds for unused time. You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the billing cycle ends.
What happens when you cancel
-
Your organization moves to the Free plan
-
Free plans support only one user, so all Members immediately lose access — including any private workspaces they created
-
All survey responses collected before cancellation (whether under a Free or paid plan) remain available for 90 days, limited to CSV exports
-
After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be restored
-
Resubscribing within 90 days preserves all data
Free plan limitations
-
One user only (no Members)
-
Maximum of 10 responses per survey per month on newly created surveys
Pre-cancellation checklist
To avoid losing important data, complete these steps first:
-
Export survey responses you want to retain
-
Notify Members they will lose access to private workspaces
-
Coordinate with Members to export their data
-
Download invoices or billing records you need for accounting
How to cancel
-
Most users have one organization and can delete it from account settings
-
If you have two or more organizations, cancel an organization directly from its organization settings
