Survey Platform pricing for Audience Panel customers

Audience Panel customers can access the Survey Platform Professional plan starting at $100/month, compared to the standard $450/month. See the pricing tiers below.

  • $100/mo = 2 seats and 1,000 interactions

  • $200/mo = 5 seats and 2,000 interactions

  • $300/mo = 8 seats and 3,000 interactions

  • $450/mo = 10 seats and 4,000 interactions (standard plan)

Note: targeted responses purchased from Audience Panel are billed separately.

The Survey Platform

The Survey Platform is for hosting your survey and collecting responses from:

  • Your own sources (people you invite)

  • Audience Panel (targeted responses you purchase)

How interactions work

  • 1 interaction = 1 response (partial or complete) from your own sources.

  • Each MaxDiff question answered counts as an additional interaction

  • Purchased Audience Panel responses do not consume interactions

Quick examples

  • 500 Audience Panel responses → 0 interactions used

  • 300 responses from your own sources → 300 interactions used

  • 500 Audience Panel + 300 own source responses → 300 interactions used 

Offer eligibility

This offer is available to new Survey Platform subscribers only, meaning customers who have not previously purchased a paid Survey Platform plan. It is not retroactive and is not available to existing subscribers, including customers who cancel and re-subscribe. Prior payments at the standard rate are non-refundable.
