# Qualtrics Collaboration

## This guide will walk you through the process of collaborating on a Qualtrics survey to enable data collection with Centiment.

### Step 1: Refresh your account

- Click your account icon and then Refresh Account

### Step 2: Locate your survey (0:05 of video)

- Log in to your **Qualtrics** account.
- Click the **hamburger menu** (☰) in the upper left corner.
- Select **Projects** to view your surveys.
- Identify the survey you want to collaborate on.

### Step 3: Enable collaboration (0:12 of video)

- To the right of your survey, click the **ellipsis (···) menu**.
- Select **Collaborate** from the dropdown options.

### Step 4: Add Centiment as a collaborator (0:17 of video)

- In the **Email** field, type **projects@centiment.co**
- Click **Add Selected** to add the Centiment team.
- Ensure all collaboration permission boxes are checked to allow full access.
- Click **Save**
