Workspaces are where you collaborate in Centiment. A workspace brings people together to manage surveys in one place.
Roles in a workspace
When you join a workspace, you are assigned a role:
-
Editor – create, edit, and manage surveys within the workspace.
-
Viewer – view surveys and results but cannot make changes.
Both roles provide access to all surveys within that workspace.
Inviting collaborators
Any workspace member can invite others to join. Collaborators can be added in two ways:
-
From a workspace – invite someone directly to the entire workspace.
-
From a survey – invite someone from within a survey. This automatically gives them access to the entire workspace that survey belongs to.
Accounts and access
By default, when you invite someone to a workspace, they keep their own account and only access that workspace.
To let them create private workspaces and use your organization’s monthly response allocation, add them as an organization member.
Seats account for both organization members and collaborators.
Key takeaway
Workspaces are the hub for collaboration in Centiment. Your role (editor or viewer) defines your access across all surveys in that workspace.
