Track interaction usage and transfer ownership when needed

The workspace usage page is available only to organization owners and admins. It provides a complete view of interaction consumption across all workspaces in your organization, including both your own workspaces and your members’ private workspaces. All interactions count toward the monthly allocation included in your plan.

An interaction is counted for every survey response when your collection source is set to “My own sources.” Audience Panel responses do not consume interactions. Each plan tier includes a fixed number of monthly interactions, and exceeding that limit automatically moves your organization to the next tier, affecting billing.

The workspace usage page offers two capabilities:

  1. Set monthly interaction caps

    Place a cap on the number of interactions a workspace can collect each month. This prevents excessive collection and helps manage allocation across the organization.

  2. Claim workspace ownership

    Owners and admins can claim an entire workspace. This is useful if an employee leaves the organization. Once claimed, the workspace and all surveys within it become managed by the owner or admin. The previous owner immediately loses access and is notified by email.

    Workspaces remain fully private until claimed. Only at that point does control shift to an owner or admin.
